After registering and logging into bilabl, the first screen you'll see is the dashboard, which has a few default widgets. Aside from that, the header is also an important part. From the header, you can go anywhere in bilabl.
Header
The header is the primary menu at the top of the bilabl, containing all quick-access objects, such as dashboard, client, matter, task, billing, calendar, people, report, and activity, as well as the quick-add drop-down where you can simply add all system entities.
A timer tool is also included in the header to enable users to measure how long a certain task takes.
A user can quickly do a search by using the search bar and filtering the results by matter, client, billing statement, client, and user.
The header also has your profile and notification centre.
Admin can also view the tenant settings and set the default tenant settings accordingly.

Dashboard
The dashboard is visible displays of information that have a lot of widgets and are often shown in a graphical style: line chart, pie chart, etc. They show an overview of finances, timesheets, clients, and other things.
Client
You can view contacts/clients by type (corporate or individual), search through contacts/clients quickly and easily with a keyword search, add or remove columns, filter the table view, and add new contacts.
Matter
You can view matters by matter status (open, pending, closed, archived), search through matters quickly and easily with a keyword search, add or remove columns, filter the table view, and add new matters
Task
You can view tasks by task status (outstanding, in progress, pending, completed, archived), search through tasks quickly and easily with a keyword search.
Billing
You can view bills that you have permission to view, further differentiate bills by bill state, search through bills quickly and easily with a billing number or billing name search, add or remove columns, and filter the table view. Additionally, you can create new billing statements and add payments to existing ones.
People
You can manage every single person’s information and team in the system.
User profile
You can view your basic information, including full name, rate, work hours and much more.
Notification centre
You may examine all notifications that are pertinent to you, such as when someone changes your client or matter permissions or when someone approves your billing.
Report
Where all system default reports and custom reports are contained.
