Visibility helps limit the users' access to certain functions on a specific client or matter. You can assign new users to a client, or matter and view users who have access to a matter, or client, from the managing visibility module.

Assign users

Only admins, managers, or users assigned as owners can assign other users to their matters or clients:

• You can search for any user.
• After selecting a user, you can mark them as owner or assistant by selecting the respective radio button.
• Click save to save your changes.

Review users who have access to your entity

Apart from assigned users, bilabl has some automatic rules that grant access to matter, and client. You can review these users via the "other people who can access this client/matter" section:

• Team leaders will be assigned to an entity when their members are assigned to a client or matter.
• The client creator will be assigned as the owner of the client.
• User access on matters will be inherited from clients by default and cannot be removed.
