Dashboard

The dashboard is where users go by default when they log into bilabl or click on the dashboard menu in the header. There are many widgets that the user can manage. The user can turn any widget on or off and change the layout of the widgets.

Widget

The widget provides an efficient overview of important data; the user will have a full and quick picture of their client, matter, timesheet, and billing data. It enhances productivity, and transparency, and allows to make informed decisions based on real-time data and insights.

This article explains how to add, remove, rearrange, or change the layout of the widgets on the bilabl dashboard.

Add a widget

  1. At the top left of the Dashboard, click the (…) drop-down menu.
  2. Click the manage widget. The manage widgets pop-up window displays all the available widgets to add.
  3. Turn on the widget you want to add, and click the switch on an icon, You can select multiple widgets to add.
  4. Click save.

Remove a widget

  1. At the top right of the specific widget, click the (...) drop-down menu.
  2. Click the remove option, and the widget will be removed immediately.
    The widget can also be turned off in the manage widget window.

Change the layout of the widget

  1. At the top right of the dashboard, click the (…) drop-down menu.
  2. Click the edit layout option.
  3. Click the resize icon to choose the suitable layout you need.
  4. Click the save dashboard button.

Rearrange a widget

  1. At the top right of the dashboard, click the (…) drop-down menu.
  2. Click the edit layout option, click and hold at a space around the header of the widget.
  3. Drag the widget to the space you want it to occupy, then release it.
  4. Click the save dashboard button.
