We’re excited to announce the latest release of bilabl on October 1, 2024. Here are the key highlights:

1. New QuickBooks integration

Now bilabl seamlessly integrates with QuickBooks, allowing you to sync data effortlessly and avoid manual data entry. Additionally, bilabl supports multiple connections, which is perfect for managing various branches or divisions. This integration is included in the advanced package.

2. Bulk add/import time records

Forget about manually adding time to multiple matters or clients! With bilabl, you can now easily add multiple time records at once directly within the system. The platform also supports bulk timesheet uploads, allowing you to import several time entries in one go. This feature streamlines the time-tracking process, saving you time and reducing the chance of errors, making it more efficient to manage time entries for multiple clients or projects simultaneously.

3. Quick adjustments made easy: inline edit feature

We are excited to introduce a new inline editing feature that simplifies the way you update information in bilabl. From now on, there’s no need to navigate to the detailed view to make changes. You can easily modify the information of each row directly in the table view.

This intuitive functionality allows for quick adjustments, streamlining data management by eliminating the need for multiple steps to update individual records.

Other improvements

In addition to the major updates above, bilabl has implemented several improvements and bug fixes to enhance the overall customer experience:

  • Custom hourly rate settings for clients: Users can now set custom hourly rates directly on the client profile. This new feature allows the custom hourly rate (when enabled) to be used as the default value when adding users to matters.

  • Bulk add/import matter: This feature allows users to easily add and manage multiple matters at once by importing data from files like CSVs, speeding up the process of creating new matters.
  • Improved client selection for time records: When adding time and selecting a matter, the system will now display the correct associated client in the add time form, allowing for quick reference and streamlined time records.

  • Other bug fixes and enhancements: cloning matter, support some reports on different time zone, enhancing business relations….
