Release Notes September 2024

We’re excited to announce the latest release of bilabl in Sep 16 ,2024. Here are the key highlights:

1. New Zoho books integration

bilabl now seamlessly integrates with Zoho Books, allowing you to sync data effortlessly and avoid manual data entry. Plus, bilabl supports support for multiple connections which is perfect for managing various branches or divisions.  

This integration is included in the advanced package. For more information, you can refer to the details here on how to integrate with Zoho.

2. Improving visibility by the group function on table views

Introducing group functions in table view mode, allowing you for more efficient data organization on bilabl. You can now categorize clients, matters, or tasks under group conditions such as working teams or clients. The system will automatically group items based on the selected criteria, and from there, you can customize your table view to suit your specific needs.

3. Streamlined billing with preferred currency

bilabl now allows users to select a preferred currency for billing, offering greater flexibility and convenience. Once you set a preferred currency for a client, the system will automatically use that currency when creating new bills. This streamlines the billing process, ensuring accuracy and saving time by eliminating the need to manually adjust currency settings for each billing generation.

Other improvements 

In addition to the major updates above, bilabl has implemented further improvements and bug fixes to enhance the overall customer experience:

• The user role name changed from "Associate" to "User" without changing permissions, providing clearer role distinctions.
• Display the client name correctly linked to the matter when adding time or cost.
• Other bug fixes and enhancements: time record rounding, enable login SSO on Safari browser, total logged time showing correctly on table view…
