The "My Team Logged Time" widget is a powerful tool designed to help team leaders efficiently manage and monitor their team's timesheets. With this widget, you can easily track logged time, identify gaps, and ensure your team meets their time logging goals.

With My team logged time, you can:

  1. View logged time for all team members within a specified date range.
  2. Monitor progress toward target hours for each team member.
  3. Quickly spot missing or incomplete time records and address them promptly.
  4. Add or adjust time entries directly from the report view, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Note: This widget is exclusively available for team leaders.

Enable and access my team logged time widget

To access your team logged time reports, please follow the steps below to enable it.

1.    Go to the Dashboard and click "More actions."

2.    Select "Manage Widget" in the new window and locate the My team logged time widget. Then, enable it.

3.    Click "Save" to apply the changes. Now, you can view the logged time of all your team members directly from the dashboard.

Widget overview

The widget provides a clear and intuitive visual representation of your team's logged time.

Each row represents a team member, and each bar represents a day of the month. To view the logged time for a specific date, simply navigate to the corresponding bar.

Each bar is color-coded to indicate different types of activities or statuses, providing a clear visual insight into the time logged on each day and helping you track which dates still have missing time records. The color codes are as follows:

  • Green: Billable time logged for that date.
  • Blue: Non-billable time logged for that date.
  • Yellow: Missing time requiring additional time records.
  • Gray: No logged time or target time yet to be achieved.

The height of each bar reflects the duration of logged time. Taller bars indicate more time logged for that date.

In addition, you can easily view and manage your team logged time by clicking on any day. A new window will open, displaying the details of your team members time record. From there, you can edit or delete the record as needed by selecting the appropriate edit or delete button.

If time is missing, you can add it directly by clicking the "Add Time" button.

Moreover, the widget displays your team member name, role, and the selected time period (default is the current month).

Tips for using the widget

  • Use the color-coded bars to quickly identify days with missing or incomplete time records.
  • Regularly review the widget to ensure your team is on track to meet their target hours.
  • Leverage the detailed view to make adjustments and keep timesheets accurate.
