This Bilabl application (hereinafter referred to as “Bilabl App”) values protecting the privacy of our clients and their personnel, thus this Privacy Policy describes how we collect, store, and disclose Personal Data. Besides, this Privacy Policy also describes the rights of users when you use our Bilabl services (“Services”).

By “You” we mean any users of this Bilabl App and/or Services.

By “Personal Data” we mean any information that relates to, mentions, or is connected to an identified or identifiable person.

1. THE DATA CONTROLLER

Bilabl App is the data controller when we handle the Personal Data the user(s)’ or our clients’ data.

2. THE COLLECTION OF DATA

We will collect the data that is gathered, produced, or otherwise handled by us or on our behalf during the use of the App. These data is hereby referred to as "information", which may include the below categories:

a) Information of your profile: If you are an Account Owner, using our services will require you to register and give the Personal Data we need, which consists of your name, email address, phone number, work title, and profile photo.

b) Information of your usage: We automatically collect information about your computer or mobile device when you use the Services. This information includes non-personal data like the type of browser you use, its operating system, internet service provider (ISP), language settings, and browser time zone.

c) Information uploads: Any personal data, including text, documents, and images you upload. Bilabl App allows for uploading different file formats. Bilabl App will not be responsible if the content of the files uploaded is found to be in violation of legal and society norms and practices.

d) Other information.

3. PERSONAL DATA STORAGE

a) Your Personal Data will generally be stored in Bilabl App’s secure databases. We only store your Personal Data for as long as it's necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, such as to fulfill our obligations under the contract you have with us, and for any additional time that may be required by law.

b) In order to protect your Personal Data from unauthorized or illegal processing, accidental loss, destruction, or damage, we implement the necessary organizational and technical measures.

c) You have the right to request the Data Controller to delete your Personal Data if the processing of Personal Data is a violation of regulations of law.

4. PERSONAL DATA DISCLOSURE

a) To the extent required by applicable law, whenever Bilabl App collects Personal Data, we will only collect, use, disclose and transfer your Personal Data for the intent that it was collected.

b) Your Personal Data may be shared with or transferred to our counterparties or other relevant participants in the respective transaction or proceeding, subject to standard confidentiality agreements, if we engage in or are subject to a merger, acquisition, division, transformation, public offering of our securities, obtaining financing, divestiture of all or substantially all of our assets or a significant portion of such assets, transfer of the enterprise or a portion of the enterprise to which your agreement with us pertains, or if we take steps in contemplation of such activities (e.g., submit to due diligence).

c) There may be circumstances in which we must disclose all or part of your Personal Data due to legal requirements, or we may have a good faith belief that we must. This could be the situation if we get an information request from a government agency or if a law or regulation forces us to disclose information (for example, in order to abide by international or national regulations against money laundering or terrorism). Any use of applications or services provided by third parties is at your own risk and shall be bound by the terms and privacy policies of those third parties.

6. SECURITY OF PERSONAL DATA

a) To maintain this level of security in the processing of Personal Data, we shall keep up with the necessary organizational and technical measures. The measures specifically address the following: (a) secure processing of Personal Data against stealing or unauthorized access of information, unauthorized use of information, unauthorized edit or deletion of information; (b) maintain data integrity and confidentiality; (c) ensure service features relevant to the processing of Personal Data are resilient and available; and (d) ensure that we can promptly restore access to Personal Data following a service failure.

b) If you receive an email asking you to send us personal, financial, or credit card information, DO NOT RESPOND because Bilabl App will never send you such an email, it would be unauthorized intruders trying to steal your identity and defraud you. No technical system can be guaranteed to be completely safe or resistant to all unauthorized intruders accessing the information, we always try to take the necessary precautions for each informational feature in order to prevent and minimize potential risks for the user(s) of this app.

c) Besides, kindly note that we have no control over, and assume no liability for, the conduct of third parties that you choose to share or instruct us to share your Personal Data with.

7. MODIFICATIONS TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

a) This Privacy Policy may be automatically updated without prior notice to comply with the law from time to time at any time and to reflect changes to our Services or the changes that occur in our business.

b) The modifications will only apply to the Personal Data we collect after we have posted the revised Privacy Policy.
